David Anderson

David Michael Anderson was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Finance. After working in the business world for two years, he enrolled in law school at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.

While attending South Texas College of Law, David was active in the Mock Trial program and earned distinction by making the Dean's List multiple times. During law school, David clerked for several prominent litigation firms in Houston.

After graduating from law school in 2008, David began work at a litigation boutique in Houston specializing in personal injury and commercial litigation. After gaining substantial trial experience in various types of lawsuits, he joined the Mostyn Law Firm in March of 2011. His primary area of practice is first party insurance litigation. David is licensed to practice in all state courts in Texas as well as Federal Courts in the Southern & Eastern Districts of Texas.

David currently lives in Houston along with his wife and son. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and golf.
