Gregory F. Cox - Associate
Mr. Cox is a board certified personal injury trial lawyer. He graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in May of 1995 with Honors. His undergraduate degree is also from the University of Texas in Austin, where he graduated in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors. He is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi academic honor societies and was the recipient of the Cain Fellowship in Public Interest Law.
Prior to joining the Mostyn Law Firm, Mr. Cox was an attorney with the Provost & Umphrey Law Firm in Beaumont, Texas. He began his law career as a judicial law clerk to Judge Wendell C. Radford in the Eastern District of Texas. Immediately following his judicial clerkship, he worked as an associate at Baker & McKenzie in Dallas, Texas.
Over his legal career, Mr. Cox has worked on a wide variety of litigation matters, including wrongful death, product liability, insurance disputes, commercial litigation and serious personal injury cases. He also has served as class counsel in several nationwide class action lawsuits.
He is licensed to practice in Texas, the U. S. Courts for the Eastern District of Texas, the Northern District of Texas, the Western District of Arkansas and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
