Susan Joseph

Susan was born in Chicago but raised in the Southwest part of Houston. She received her BBA in Management from Texas A&M in 1999 and graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2002.

While in law school, she clerked for Fleming and Associates, LLP, in Houston which specializes in class action lawsuits. She worked on pharmaceutical and product liability cases, specifically focusing on the Fen-Phen litigation. Upon graduating law school, she joined a firm that focused on multi party toxic tort and wrongful death cases in Austin. After starting her family, she decided to return to Houston and joined The Mostyn Law Firm in 2009.

Susan enjoys being involved in the Asian Indian community, participating in church activities and spending time with family.
