Professional Employment:

After graduation from college, Ms. Lynn obtained her Certified Public Accountant license.  She then attended law school at South Texas College of Law.  After graduation from law school, Ms. Lynn practiced as a trial lawyer with one of the oldest Plaintiff’s law firms in the U.S. and became a partner in that firm. 

Ms. Lynn has extensive experience in handling first party insurance claims as well as cases for injured persons and entities.  She has handled hundreds of cases involving contract disputes, commercial disputes, as well as complex, serious injury and death cases involving medical malpractice, products liability, drug liability, motor vehicle accidents, 18-wheeler and commercial vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, animal attacks, premises liability and toxic torts.

Ms. Lynn joined the Mostyn Law Firm in 2010.
