J. Steve Mostyn
Steve Mostyn is currently serving as the youngest president ever of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association .TTLA is a professional association comprised exclusively of attorneys whose primary area of practice is representing plaintiffs in the civil justice system.
During the past several years, Steve has helped thousands of Texans resolve their insurance claim problems. Under Steve's capable direction, the Mostyn Law Firm represents families, individuals and small businesses throughout the State of Texas in first party insurance litigation, a variety of commercial litigation disputes and complex serious personal injury cases.
In 1999 Steve founded the Mostyn Law Firm, as a uniquely different law firm, serving as a strong advocate for everyday Texans. His vision was to create a firm willing to fight aggressively to level the playing field against multi-national corporations and insurers who often were getting away unchallenged as they treated their own customers unfairly or in BAD FAITH. With a burning desire to help those not able to defend themselves from powerful often abusive insurance carriers, Steve gained a national reputation for being a "peoples lawyer", always going far beyond expectations.
